What Causes Poor Flexibility In The Legs While Suffering From Plantar Fasciitis?

Over the past two years, I have suffered plantar fascitis in my right foot along with an major injury to my right toe. I had to take 3 rounds of Cipro this past summer to ward off an infection. As my right foot has healed, I have lost feeling, flexibility and range of motion in my left leg. My balance is horrible, and the PT has determined it is neurological, but I can t get an appointment for another month. I have pain some days in my lower back and buttocks. A massage therapist released my psoas last week and for 48 hours I went without symptoms for the first time in over a year. My eyes dilate at the same rate and I show no signs of Parkinson s. Any ideas?
