What Causes Point Tender Pain In Between Coccyx And Butt Crack?
my husband has severe point tender pain to the right of his coccyx and in the middle of his butt crack. He has had it for three days and xrays were negative, a chiropractor has work on him twice with manipulation and one ultrasound, he s taking aleve, he has a hard time peeing and hasn t moved his bowels in three days, any suggestions!?
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet pregabalin 75 mg once daily for five days. get it done MRI spine with an x-ray of pelvic joint ap view.
Physical therapy and exercise may useful. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

The possibility of sacroiliac joint inflammation or herniation of disc with radiculopathy or compressive myelopathy or anaemia etc. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
