What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation In Fingers?

I have had the flu and have felt very weak for the last couple of days.i started to feel a little better a few hours ago and have been walking around and doing a few things in the house.i am concerned now as i have pins and needles in my finger tips in both hands.is this anything i should be concerned about?
