Hi, Thanks for posting in HCM. I understand your concern. What you have experienced could be post-coital bleeding . It refers to spotting or bleeding unrelated to menstrual cycle that occurs during or after sexual intercourse. Causes of these include: Infection, Cervical or endometrial polyps, Vaginal cancer, Cervical cancer or Trauma. You need to get an Ultrasound scan of pelvis done along with per-speculum examination by Gynecologist to rule out some of these causes.
