What Causes Pink Tissue Like Substance Attached To The Vagina?

Hi I ve been sexually active with a couple different partners in the past few months. I ve never had any symptoms but just earlier I was showering and cleaning myself and noticed and felt a small pink thing hanging from the inside of my vagina. I m worried what it is, it s not really sensitive but I tried pulling it and then it kind of hurt/uncomfortable and now it just hangs there. No idea what it could be or why I have it.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely vaginal polyp. If it is that then harmless. It is better to have an examination with a gynecologist to rule out the condition. If it bothers you or causing discomfort then better do excision of it and send for histopathology examination.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
