What Causes Pink Spots Across Arm, Leg And Stomach?

3 days ago i started getting pink dots across my arm, and now i have them across my arm, legs and stomach. Its itching me across my body in different places and feels tingly like something is crawling on me. I dont know what it is. Im 30 year old female and had the chicken pox as a child. I have no allergies that i am aware of. What could this be?
