What Causes Pink Eye, Red Throat And Stomach Pain?

My granddaughter has has strep throat 3 times in the last 2 months. Now a week later after her last bout of strep she has severe pink eye still a red throat but not strep yet and earache and stomach pain. What else can it be. Her brother which I think is a carrier just had some skin irritation around his belly button , could that be streptococcus ?
