What Causes Pink Discharge, Painful Sex And Feeling Fatigue?

I have been experiencing pain in my left side, and am very fatigued. I have brought both of these things to my doctor s attention. He tested my blood for a variety of things. My ultrasound came back clear and I am going for a CT scan in two weeks. He thinks it may be endometriosis. Since I have seen my doctor, I developed what I thought was a yeast infection from the antibiotics he gave me just in case it was diverticultis. I had pink discharge and since then, sex has become very painful. It feels like my vaginal walls are rubbed raw. Is this something I should bring to my doctor s attention before the CT scan?
