What Causes Pinching Pain In Upper Abdomen?

From June 8th my abdomen started to pain & after 3 days i couldn t able to resist it and went to Doc. He advised me to go for Ultrasound, LFT & Blood Test. Result of Ultrasound was was quite shocking because my Liver, Pancreas was Fatty & Gallbladder wall was Thick compared to normal. Doc asked to take medicine & asked me visit him after 15 days. After continuing those medicine i became well & the pain was almost gone went for next checkup but couldn t found him because he himself was ill. Then I went To another Doc he asked me not to continue those pills & to go for another Ultrasound, Endoscopy , Colonoscopy , Amylase/Lipase test. All the test result is healthy except the Ultrasound because two Nodes were found on the Pancreas Tail & Head of 16.5 mm & 22.45 mm resp. Now he has asked me to go for CECT, Urea Creatinine, CG14 Test..... Presently i got no pain in abdomen but sometimes their is a pinching pain in upper abdomen... Is it Cancer/TB/other...?????

I can understand your concerns

On ultrasound there are lymphnodes which are of significant size so it require to be investigated for the cause. It may be cancer or infection. Your doctor has advised rightly to you for CECT abdomen, which can help in diagnosis. You may further require FNAC or biopsy of Lymphnode
