What Causes Pinching Pain In The Chest Area?

My right arm is sore, has been all day. Sometimes downright painful. Inside of right elbow is especially tender and painful. Stiff neck, painful as well all day. Right side. Pinching pain in right center of chest started this evening. Comes and goes. Did some lifting and moving of moderately heavy tubs and some other moderate work this afternoon and it wore me out to the point of sweating a lot and fatigued. What could all of this mean?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned you need a compression and rest to the affected shoulder first. For it you need help of a local healthcare person or any doctor in your area. You can take any painkiller of your choice or as advised by your treating doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
