What Causes Pinching Pain And Numbness At The Back Of Elbow?

Yesterday I felt this skin pinch on the back of my arm just above my elbow and then later that spot was numb and has stayed numb. About twice today I have felt that same skin pinch feeling and the spot is still numb. It's about the size of a golf ball. Is it just a nerve messed up?

Thanks for your consultation at HCM:
I have gone through your case history and most probably it seems to be ULNAR NERVE STIMULATION which has got quite superficial course along the inner side of elbow joint...Its stimulaion gives quite funny sensation ranges from tingling to burning.....Important thing is that if it is associated with any pain or loss of power then it requires intervention and you should consult your doctor.
Hope your question is answered appropriately if u still has any querry feel free to ask.
Regards
