General & Family Physician 's  Response
hello
pimples during pregnancy is due to hormonal changes
drink plenty of water and fluids
keep yourself well hydrated
maintain strict hygiene
wah face multiple times a day
depending on your facial skin, moisturize it
local application of certain ointments would help
Would be able to suggest those once I have a look at your skin via video consultation
meanwhile recommend you use home remedies which are safe and effective too without side effects
for details please talk over phone
healthy balanced nutritional diet
as far as nausea is concerned, please modify your diet
plenty of fluids
avoid spicy oily fatty fried food junk food
lot of green vegetable and fruits
rule out constipation
