What Causes Pimples On The Buttocks?

Hey, For the past couple of weeks I have had a high amount oF pimples on my buttcrack, and after they seem to dissappear they leave marks which seem to be purple in color, very unattractive, and do not hurt at all. Of course I clean every day in the shower, I m just curious as to what these marks are, and why they are this color?

Hi.
As per your case-history you are having post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation of the boils.
My treatment advice-
1. Many skin lesions once healed leave either light or dark coloured marks which gradually fade away.
2. The pimples you had once in healing phase become purple at first and then become black.
3. Don't worry these marks will go away gradually. No need of any topical application except a good anti-septic powder like betadine powder for prevent relapse of boils.
Thanks.
