What Causes Pimples In The Vagina?

Hello last month I had a pimple on my vaginal area and I popped my. It went away but this week it came back in the same spot and it can t be popped I m not sure if it s a pimple this time. It feels like a ball under my skin and is uncomfortable. It s red/brown. I m not sure who I could see. I m just worried

Pimple in the vagina could be due to folliculitis/boil
Proper clinical examination will helpful in the diagnosis.

Take following advises:
Apply bacitracin ointment.
Avoid sweats in affected area and maintain proper hygiene.
Use antibacterial soap.
Warm pad application
Do not pop up as it aggravate the infection
