What Causes Pimples Around Waist And Upper Groin Area?
I have several large pimples that formed around my waist and upper groin area and one on my leg. They had white heads and were very red at first . They are now scabbing over and a few still develop a yellowish head on them which usually comes of in showering. They do not really hurt or itch but they look bad

Hi
You seem to be developing lesions mm folliculitis over the skin.
Now this is basically an infection of the root of hair follicles.
You need to keep the affected area clean and dry.
Wash with lukewarm saline water twice daily and apply a topical antibiotic cream like mupirocin over the affected area twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the infection tends to persist or increase.
