What Causes Pimple On Tongue Of Infant?
Hello, my son's 2 year old, he get high fever 4 days ago. He get small pimple in his tonge and now gets a little bigger. He in paint alot, couldn't eat or drink because very painful. I took him to the doctor and have amoxilin but not gets better yet? What kind of virus does he have and what should I do now?
