What Causes Pimple On The Inside Of Upper Lip?

I have a small pimple on the inside of my upper lip all the way at the top. Almost on the soft tissue. It's slightly sore to the touch when pressure is applied outside of the mouth. The pimple is small and has a white head about the size of a dot made by a pen. What the heck is it?

Hi..
Can understand your concern..

As per your complain a small blister on the inside of upper lip can be a canker sore or an apthous ulcer which occurs commonly in individuals and many a times it is without any underlying cause..

You need not to worry as it is a self resolving condition and the sore or blister will resolve itself in a week or even less..

In case if there is some pain you can apply oragel..

Warm saline gargles can help..

For pain you can take Ibuprofen..

Drink plenty of water to maintain hydration..

Avoid hot and spicy food..

Hope this information helps..
