What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Sides Of The Anus?

Hi, I ve recently notice small bumps on the sides of my anus. After looking in the mirror I noticed when I squeeze around the bumps they turn white like a pimple. I managed to squeeze some of them and get a thick white substance out of them that almost resembles suet or fat. Some of the white substance did have some brown color on the head of the substance. They are not painful at all and have been cleared of stds. Just wondering what they are and if it s maybe from not getting all the fecal matter everytime I wipe (it s very hairy back there). I try to scrub the area well when I shower but still have these bumps. They ve only gotten big enough to get anything out of twice in probably 4 years

Hi
welcome to the health care magic and thanks for asking your query here

Your medical history is strongly suggestive of an perianal cyst which may be a sebaceous cyst, an Epidermoid cysts , Dermoid cysts or
Anal duct/gland cysts or it may be a Sacrococcygeal teratomas
As you said its very hairly down there so it might be
Blocked sebaceous glands most probably

Generally no treatment is required but if they become painful then it means they are infected,Then surgical excision by traditional wide excision, minimal excision, and punch biopsy excision may be required. But recurrence is quite common. I suggest you to get the diagnosis confirmed from a dermatologist after examination.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor.

I sincerely hope that helps.
Take care.
