What Causes Pimple Like Bumps On Buttocks, Groin And Legs?

My son has developed these pimple like bumps on his groin buttocks legs and lower back..they do not seem to bother him until I go to change his diaper.. He has down syndrome and his mental delays have made it difficult to potty train him..he is not running an fever but has been takin antibiotics due to an ear infection and sinus infection

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The pimple like bumps on buttock could be boils or folliculitis
Boils are caused due to infection of the skin and folliculitis is infection and inflammation of the hair follicles.
However, boils and folliculitis are both painful.
Since, these lesions are not painful, there is possibility of some other lesion.
I suggest you to consult a paediatrician for clinical assessment and thus management.
