What Causes Perspiration On The Face After Eating Food With Sugar Content?

i have been having symptoms that are like an experience women have with a hot flash. It occurs with eating a candy bar, oranges, ice cream, etc., those that have a sugar content. What occurs is that my face immediately begins to bead up with perspiration and remains this way for 5-10 minutes.

Have you undergone any surgery in face previously? For parotid removal? If not, it May be due to sudden increase in glucose level . Check your fasting and post prandial glucose level.
