What Causes Persisting Fever, Body Ache And Dizziness?

Sir i m sfrng frm fever frm 6 days and till my fever is not down. Whn we take medicine it is ok and thn aftr fever again go up. Sir i hv already get chek up my blood test cbc ( complete blood count). And there is nothing found on the report. Doctor says all are normal except lymphocytes which is 18% and eosinophils which is 0%. All body get pained and head is circulating like cirle sir. Sir what we have to do ?

Hello,

I have read your query and understand your concerns.

In my patients with similar complaints, I prescribe tablet Crocin 500 mg one tablet thrice a day after food. You can try this since it is avilalble over the counter.

Also you had done CBC which was normal but if fever is not subsiding even after taking symptomatic medications then you should go for urinalysis and blood culture report.

Apart from symptomatic treatment,drink plenty of fluids and take adequate rest.

You do not require any antibiotic until we found some infection in blood culture report.

Consult your primary health care provider or family physician for further treatment.
