What Causes Persistent Vomiting?

hello my son has been vomiting along with the runs for over a week nopw and i had brought him in to hid dr. and thay said there was nothing thay could do for hom and he is countuning to vomit the runs have gotten better tho do you think he could elegeretic to our new dog?

I really appreciate your concern of course the underlying cause of vomiting is great matter of concern, it could be due to food allergy (But not the dog allergy) it could be infection, it could be intestinal obstruction, over all the symptoms demands the investigations till then Domperidone can be tried and hope this information helps.
