What Causes Persistent Vaginal Itching Despite Taking Medication?

I am red and sore around the outside the vagina . I was treated for yeast with fluconazole because I was on erithromycin 30 days. The pills didnt work. Then treated with clotrimazole and betamethasone. It didnt work. After a week on the cream it felt worse and itchier. It gets itchy. .Sitting it feels sore. When I urinate the urine feel hot on skin. What is this

HI,
I understand your concern.
I think of two possibilities in your case.
-You might be allergic to erythromycin when only Betamethasone cream & withdrawal of erythromycin along with anti allergic pills would help.
- You have fungal infection ( along with thick white discharge ) .. which needs treatment of both sex partners / oral fluconazole.
Consult your gynecologist for physical evaluatrion & specific treatment.
