What Causes Persistent Upper Back Pain After Stent Placement?

My brother underwent angioplasty last week - they placed a stent in his LAD. But the pain in his upper back which was first experienced during the cardiac stroke, has been re-occurring at night almost daily. What could be the cause and what do you advise?

You must immediately see your cardiolog, because re-occuring anginas after stent placement may be an indicator for stent thrombosis. Don't waste time.

May you recover soon
