What Causes Persistent Testicle Pain?

Hi sir I have pain in my left testicle since 2012 April. I have undergone scrotal scan for 3 times reports were normal. Then my doctor suggested me to go for semen analysis I have undergone that then doctor sid your s perm count is less then he suggested me varicocell ligation. I have undergone that also. But my testicle pain is still existing. I am so much worried

Failed Varicocele Ligation, causing pain in testes.
Dear, besides this post- operative pain from entrapment of genito-femoral nerve during last surgery needs to be assessed.
Other causes from post-operative infection / epidydimitis needs to be ruled out by USG and clinical examination from Urologist.
