What Causes Persistent Stomach Rumbling?

Hi, I am a 22 years old male. I moved to a new country a month ago and eating some strange things (from my routine life). From the last 3-4 days, I have been hearing sounds like something is moving or some other sounds coming from my belly. I am passing feces normally without any pain. Even if I have eaten a lot, the sound still keeps on coming? Why is it so?

Dear friend

Rumblings/grumblings or noisy guts (borborygmi)
Bowel noises or borborygmi are produced when the liquid and gas contents of the intestine are shuffled backwards and forwards by vigorous movements of the gut.

They may be produced by hunger, or by anxiety, or a fright: they are very common in irritable bowel syndrome.

Loud borborygmi or rumblings result from contractions of the intestines caused by diseases like Crohn’s disease or bowel obstruction.

These conditions are associated with other symptoms such as severe abdominal pain and should be reported to your doctor.

But as such your not mentioned about any change in the frequency of stools, consistency of stool, any mucous in stools.

consuming too much fiber too quickly can lead to more bowel movements than normal or to frequent bowel movements.

Foods that cause excessive movements

1.food with insoluble fiber
2.hi fat food
3 . coffee
4. Milk and dairy products
5.spicy foods

Avoid above food products, still your having problem consult your physician.
