What Causes Persistent Pain In Lower Abdomen With Testicular Swelling?
my prostate or what I believe is my prostate has been hurting off and on for 2 weeks. It s the area between my penis and belly button. I have also noticed I don t poop every day. On top of that my testicles are now swollen after trying to take a poop. Are all these problems side effects from being constipated? I know I need to see a doctor but I have no money and no insurance. What s the most likely reason for these proems and are there any over the counter or home remedies? Thank you for any and all help
This kind of lower abdominal pain could be due genito urinary infection like acute prostatitis or acute orchitis.
Here, we will need to evaluate it further by doing routine blood works, urinalysis and ultrasound whole abdomen.
You may require antibiotics (quinolones- levofloxacin or nitrofurantoin) with analgesic, antiinflammatory and searriopeptidase to reduce pain and swelling.
As some of the medications are prescription based then you need to some local doctor or urologist for complete history and examination.
