What Causes Persistent Nausea, Vomiting And Headaches?
Hello, about 3-4 weeks ago I had a drink at a bar and started to feel sick ending up throwing up for most that night after, now I m still throwing up and feeling nauseous and feels like some acid type liquid in my stomach, I tend to get headaches sometimes before I spew it s not a constant thing but happened a fair lot ever since, I feel like it s some stomach bug but seems as it more serious than that ?

as you stated that you were alright before you had drink at a bar, nausea, vomiting and dull abdominal pain are most common with acid reflux disease or gastritis.
i would suggest my patient to few drugs along with some precautions
like
1. avoid spicy , fatty and junk food
2. tablet antacid
3. tablet esomeprazole
4. plenty of fluids and fresh fruits
