What Causes Persistent Nausea, Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I am having trouble with nausea, cramping, vomiting, and sometimes diarhea. This has been going on for over a month. I have had an upper GI and tomorrow I am having an ultrasound. I think it might be gall bladder, but my doctor says my liver enzymes are good. Do you have any suggestions as to what it might be? I have lost 12 pounds so far.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, what the history is given here it could be said that chronic protozoa infection could be the likely cause of this, and it can be given try with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg" twice in day for five days else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
