General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, I understand and appreciate your concern.
You have severe heartburn and 4 days of diarrhea but all the reports are normal.
Severe heartburn is to acid reflux from your stomach and due to this you are feeling nauseated, loss of appetite. My advice is you take oral antacids like Cap. Omeprazole once daily for 10 days. For diarrhea, you may take antibiotics under physicians advice.
Hope this will help you.
