What Causes Persistent Migraines?

I suffer recently of migraines (for about 9 months now) I had a large migraine last Thursday and took the pill Imitrex instead of the nasal for the first time. Since MOnday my second toe on my left leg has been tingling and slight numb on the tip. I had a CT scan that came back clean but I am worrier and I am wondering if I should be concerned about MS
