What Causes Persistent Low Grade Fever With Rapid Heart Rate And Chills?

Yes i would like to give you ny symptoms and ask your thoughts? 5 weeks ago I had a significant event whereby I had an overwhelming sense of impending doom and heart racing snd pounding i thought i was having a heart attackit passesd but over the course of these last weeks i have been on an adrenaline rush feeling everyday for long periods of the day with little relief I also have low to jo appetite eat but try to eat i have lost 8 lbs i do no sleep much at night initially i was sleeping at least thru the night not now only 1 or 2 times a week . I have times during the day when i might feel like my old self but it does not last i also have fever low grade 99 to 100 range andchills and leg tremors esp when i first stand in the morning and am quite shaky also my heart rate can go high when up 100 to 120s I feel lousy I also now notice going up the stairs and exertion can get my chest a little uncomfortable and i feel winded sometimes just sitting and sometimes feel i cant get a good breath in I am having awful acid reflux at times up into my back and shoulder blades since this began uses alot of Zantac and had used prevacid before that I was also having HA and could wake me if i was sleeping with nausea CT scan donefor theseand was normal Yes i have seen m y GP 2 ekgs done initially at ER was normal as i thought i was having a heart attack with bounding heart and fast rate second was last week sinus with bundlebranch block one incident. NP was not concerned My stool now has yellow clay color i do go daily has been with some ugly yellow stools here and there but would clear back to brown but not in last 3 days I check my blood sugar but am not diabetic ranges 74 to 110 fasting I also have a thyroid nodule that is being biopsied feb 1 st The thyroid labs are not out of line really Urine clear Chest xray 3 weeks ago clear only have cough with reflux and thyroid nodule is putting some pressure on my neck throat on right side I use benadryl tylenol and do have ativan now which i hesitate to use much Paxil was prescribed snd caused more sleepliness nausea and unusualeuphoria and anxiety and seemed to mske my heart /chest more uncomfortable i had to stop and that was on a small dose 5 mg I am st a loss seems like multiple things but the worst is not sleeping or eating and constsnt tensed up revved up feeling sll day and not a good adrensline feeling I think my heart is getting stressed now from sll this Please any thoughts I sm post menopause and stopped my HRT about 4 months ago I only took it about 2-3 times a week of 0.5 mg estradiol and about 5 mg medroxyprogesterone Bp is usuaaly low to normal 110/70 to tops 130/80 heart rate resting sitting up in bed 70-80 butting creeping up I have always been healthy up to now
