What Causes Persistent Leg Pain Despite Taking Aspirin And Atorvastatin?

Slipped on wet floor & hit left jaw and left calf three weeks ago. Both resulted in raised hard bumps. Blood resulted under the skin surrounding both. My calf spread to about 8 in diameter and after a few days down to my heel. Both are fading, but my leg aches & still sore to touch. I am 72 and take omepresole, avorastatin, vitamins, & one baby aspirin daily. Should I be concerned enough to go to my GP?

Hello dear from my opinion I am suggesting that you may check out with the a nearby diagnostic center where they can conduct a peripheral angiography to exclusive possibility of a deep venous thrombosis meanwhile please take injection heparin to be on the safe side pending the result
