Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It seems you are very likely having fever because you have these goose bumps, sore throat and cough. It is important to have Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Advil (Ibuprofen) every 6-8 hours to help with the fever and the pain in your throat. Make sure you are resting well and drinking and eating frequent small amounts. If you are not improving in 3-4 days than you will need to see your doctor to evaluate the need for antibiotics.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
