What Causes Persistent Fever?

My daughter is 4 almost 5 and suffers from unexplained fevers. They usually run about 102 and last a day or 2. This happens 1-2 times a month. She also seems to be getting more tired (even when well) and looks pale with dark circles under her eyes. She sleeps well and eats healthy. Is it normal for her to be getting these fevers.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Having temperature this much high is not normal.
It requires some investigations to know her problem.
Go for,
1, complete blood checking with ESR, Hb estimation.
2, Complete urine check up.
3, Montoux test,
4, X-ray chest.
After all reports we will have some clue about her problem.
Consult pediatrician and get examined.
Ok and take care.
