General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The primary issue here sounds gut related disturbances with flora mechanics and secondary systemic manifestations via that only.

Guidelines for a particular case there are
- Drink more liquids.
- Consume high fiber diet with plenty of green leafy veg, cereals, pulses,
legumes, organic fresh fruits.
- Regular walking, exercises, YOGA.
- Stress management via meditations.
- Control of blood sugar, body weight, cholesterol.
- Manage sound sleep of 6-7 hours.

Be in regular follow up with your primary health care physician.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel,
