Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
What Causes Persistent Dizzy Spells With Mild Headaches And Sore Breasts?
Have been feeling horribly dizzy for several days with a slight headache. Also have very sore breasts. I have just finished my period, but for several months they have been odd - late, stop starting and largely stale blood. Am currently on the pill. Saw my doctor who checked my iron, thyroid function and took a hba1c which are all normal. Any ideas?
First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, you need to get your ultrasound pelvis done to rule out any abnormalities in uterus or ovaries like fibroids.
Also, get your hormonal assay plus prolactin levels did as the disturbance may be because of that. Meanwhile, try taking acetaminophen for pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
