What Causes Persistent Dizziness?

I am F 52, 5 5 , 124 lbs. No medical history, except my yearly exams, which are always normal. I ve had dizziness for 5 mos. Dr.s haven t figured out what the problem is. I m grasping at straws trying to think what it could be. It started 2 mos. after we returned home from a vacation in Utah where we hiked @ the Grand Canyon and Zion National Park, about 3 wks after I broke my little toe, and during one of the worst colds/upper respiratory infections I ve had in my life. Don t know if it is related to any of these. I ve had my hormones, sinuses and thyroid checked. I ve had an MRI, seen a chiropractor, the eye Dr., an ENT, and a naturopath.
