What Causes Persistent Crawling Sensation In Scalp And Beard?

I m experiencing a slight feeling like something is crawling in my scalp and beard. I thought my dog had fleas so I bathed him and treated him with appropriate medication from the vet but the sensation on me persist about four days now. What do you think?
