What Causes Persistent Cough And Vomiting In A Child?

Hi, my daughter is 3yrs old and having dry cough from last 2-3 days, the moment she goes to bed starts coughing and vomit sometimes. we have given her Kufril LS but it s not improving at all. Is it OK to give Koflet Cough Syrup to her or else pls suggest.

Hello,

Since she is having a dry cough that can be so strong to make her vomit you may give her Ketotifen to help. Most probably this cough is with allergic origin.
