What Causes Persistent Cough And Joints Pain?

I ve had a constant cough and pain in my joints and bones in general. I have also been getting very cold and my head has been feeling so heavy lately, it feels like I need to lay it down on because I almost can t even hold it up, when I m laying in bed I have to prop my neck up with a pillow because of how heavy my head feels. When I walk too fast , breathe too heavy or too slow or drink more than a few sips of water or any liquid I gag so much to the point that I throw up, only a little, but this happens constantly. I was wondering what these might be symptoms of and if I should see a doctor for help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, frontal sinusitis is very likely condition, drink more water, have steam inhalation, some time it may need antibiotic along with analgesic and best drug would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, "Tab Azithromycin 5000 mg" once in day for three days, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
