What Causes Persistent Cough And Cold?

hi i am a female aged 46 yrrs. about 25 yrs ago i had a small lump near the bone at the end of my neck in the front. i was diagnosed with tb. at present i have a cough since a month alongwith a cold.i am taking homeopathy medicine.i had successfully completed my medication for tb.anything to worry?
