What Causes Persistant Cough And Stressed Feeling?

Ok last year I wasn’t allowed to drive for 6 months because I had some sort of episode where I was unresponsive for 20 mins . Was thought a seizure but no definite diagnosis. High blood pressure at its highest 210 over 110 had a angeogram but all ok loads of medication. I’ve stopped all medicines since Christmas last year . Been ok but have now started feeling quite stressed and have now got nasty persistent cough . Should I get checked out again ?
