What Causes Penis Shrinkage?
For the past four months i ve been experiencing a significantly smaller penis during arousal by possibly three inches I have no problem with erection or ejaculation but I despise the smaller erections I intend to consult a urologist. I am now 56 years old afro-American and I do have mild diabetes type 2 ( since about 012.) .

As you are advancing in age with T2DM as a comorbid factor, there is likely to be lesser blood flow to any organ of body, so also it is happening in your case. Penis size with erection is more dependent on amount of blood reaching with libido excitation. That is some time compounded by male menopause with reducing sexual drive. Such considerations are required by treating andrologist while dealing with shrinkage complaint.
