General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to masturbation, so there is nothing to be worried.

In case the pain is repeated, I suggest to do a urine test to exclude the possibility of a urinary tract infection.

Meanwhile, I suggest using anti-inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
