Me and my friend, had unprotected sex after a party with same girl, after few days of sex, I found my penis frenulum tears a bit, but it doesnot bleeds. The top part of the penis is little swollen, and the area looks red in colour, its has been more than a week, and its not healing, my friend is also having same condition. My question is that is it STD ?? or Aids, ?? or will frenulum tears heal after certain periods?? or some other diseases, Please suggest me urgent so that I can heal faster,
