What Causes Pelvic Pain While On Norethindrone?
I was taking Norethindrone, prescribed by my doctor for irregular cycles, which resulted from my D and C on December 7th. I ve been taking it for six days, now, and I have had serious pelvic pain. I took three Advils, today, and it seemed to get worse. I ve hd pain all day long, off and on...it seems to be coming in cycles.

Norethindrone use does not seem to cause severe pelvic pain. I would say you need to see your doctor to rule out other conditions for the pain and especially a possible endometritis (infection of the inner layer of uterus) due to the D&C procedure.
