What Causes Peeling Of Skin On Palms And Sole Of Feet?

Hello, I am a 45 year old female. For the past couple of years, I ve noticed the skin on the palm of my hands are pealing. Lately, it has gotten worse and the bottom of my feet are starting to peel. This is getting uncomfortable and I don t like to shake the hands of other people.Any ideas?
