Last week a pea sized lump showed up an inch from my anus.. i looked it up online and figured it was blood trapped under my skin... well today it was really sore so i took a detailed look at it... now it appears to be coming to a head or something.. its gotten twicw as big and sore.. and literally has a little hole in the top where it looks as if it will burst and bleed.. should in be concerned now.. Wish i could go to a doctor.. but trust me this is the easiest solution right now, unless of course it sounds like an emergency.. Please help.. 30 y/o female with a "Pain in my a**"

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having forming abscess or having fistula in ano.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course.
If problem persisted then consult surgeon to rule out fistula in ano.
Apply antibiotic cream after proper cleaning.
Ok and take care.
