What Causes Passing Of Blood Tinged Mucous After Passing Hard Stool?

Last Thursday after passing a hard stool I saw some orange oil in the toilet bowel. On Saturday I started having bouts of diarrhea which turned to complete water by Sunday. I have been eating a bland diet and stool has become somewhat formed again. I am seeing a lot of blood tinged mucous in my movements. should I give it a day or 2 more or do I need to contact my doctor?

Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to hemorrhoids.

This diagnosis is triggered by irregular bowel movements.

I recommend using anti hemorrhoids cream such as Preparation H.

I also recommend to drink liquids and eat a fiber-rich diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
